Preventing children in care from being bounced from school to school.
Creating and enforcing policies to ensure that children are enrolled immediately in a new school when they do move.
Ensuring that children in foster care who need special education receive the services mandated by law.
Educating biological and foster parents as well as case workers and other professionals about the education and special education rights of children in care.
